Not a new friend but a friend that is a new blogger... Check out my friend Ann's blog, "A Day in the Life" She's (sort of) an Army wife, living on the coast of Oregon, raising 3 boys and a very cute hubby. She's also a prolific scrapbooker and thanks to me (patting myself on the back here) an amazing quilter. She has led an amazing life and I hope she'll write about some of her past experiences as well as her continued ones and even show us some of the amazing quilts she is working on.
