
This is shrimp (duh!) cooked in just a bit of olive oil spray and seasoned with Odobo seasoning (salt, garlic, oregano, black pepper & tumeric) over brown rice on a bed of fresh spinach leaves drizzled with this

I also added a bit of avocado on the side because while it's up there in the fat content it is supposed to be very good for your health.
All in all a satisfying and very yummy dinner!

Lime = good.
Basil = good.
Fat free = bad. Usually. That's why I asked. :)
MHP ~ The lime-basil dressing is very very good and I don't usually care for fat free either ~ have ya seen my pictures??? LOL
